Information for the Class of '98, '99, '03
LEAD San Diego’s Class of '94 celebrated the tenth
anniversary of their graduation with a luncheon celebration
at the San Diego Yacht Club on Friday, May 14, 2004. It was
attended by Michele Nash-Hoff, Judy Lawton, Stath Karras,
Matt Giacalone, Ruby (Chatman) Favors, Cecile and Jerry Cowan,Tom
Murhpy, Mike Reynolds, Dr. Sarah Young and Alice Lowe. LEAD
President Kevin Cottrell spoke to the group and reminded them
about all the good things they’ve done, while inspiring
them to become active in future LEAD programs.
It was exciting to have old friends sitting around the same
table again after so many years. The team had a chance to
catch up with one another and share their accomplishments
as well as challenges. They reminisced about some of their
shared experiences and grieved over classmates who are now
gone. The class parted ways with promises to stay in touch
and a commitment to get together for periodic soirees.
